Fragile Goods Luggage for Aircraft Passenger (Interior Part)

Abstract

This Final Year Project (FYP) was carried out the research of Protection of fragile goods for aircraft passenger during flight and its effective materials. The objectives of the project are to design and evaluate interior luggage to protect fragile goods and to select the material that can protect fragile goods. This research focused on the investigation on material that have good absorbency to absorb impact. after the material selected, the product structure selected to use the selected material to protect fragile goods. The data have been carried out is on the area of the investigation, procedures are designed to test the product. The new product not have any research before, and there are expensive material researched by the other researcher in protecting fragile material. Eventually the data that carried out from the observation will be used in designing the product. Basically the data was taken from observation, some interview with the public, aircraft passenger and airport crew that handling the luggage to the aircraft cargo.
