Islamic Concept of Supply Chain for Halal Food

Abstract

The following report describes an overview of the type and outcomes of project as a final year project in partial fulfillment for the Degree in Engineering Technology in Supply Chain Management. This project about Islamic Concept of Supply Chain for Halal Food. The purpose of this study is to focus on to give framework more efficiency in operation and management in Islamic concept especially by supplier. Besides that, to give good facility and environment in the company relevant in Islamic concept. The area of study will be conducted in JAKIM and PPIM. The purpose of this project implement Islamic concept in Supply Chain, the offer is better than to implement by supplier. This project requires the author to design study and produce a full framework system of the Islamic concept and supply chain model.
