Abstract

This study was design in order to complete the compulsory fulfillment of the degree program in Bachelor of Information Technology (Hons) Computer System Security. The project has been developed to fulfill the study requirement for this degree program on Computer System Security features. This project is all about implementing a web camera as a surveillance system. This project will let the users using a web browser to stream from the web camera. In order to fulfill the requirement of the computer system security, the secure coding will be implemented to secure the web application. The advantage by using the secure coding is unauthorized user cannot easily break through the web application and view the streaming page. In addition, users are also can save lots of their money from buying other surveillance system which is very expensive and giving low quality of videos.
