The purpose of the research is to investigate the level of employees’ satisfaction in SME company and another purpose is to study the importance human resource in organization. Employee satisfaction is a factor in employee goal achievement, employee motivation, and positive employee morale in the workplace or in organization. The employee satisfaction are shows employees are happy and contented and fulfilling their desires and needs at work. Factors contributing to employee satisfaction include salary, work environment, safety measurement, welfare, rewards, work and personal life and so
on. The employee satisfaction also depends on the culture of the company itself. The
efficient management can manage their employee and employee will loyalty toward
their company. Employee satisfaction can contribute to customer loyalty referred to as
the ‘service profit chain’. Human resource department not only recruit or hiring people
but they also need to ensure employee meet their satisfaction on their job. This
department is very important because they act as bridge between employer and
employees. They are also providing activities in organization to ensure their employee always are in positive mood at workplace. |
