dc.description.abstract This report presents a proposal for study the customer satisfaction on food purchasing method at KFC Drive Thru in Johor Bahru area. This research purpose to improve the service management at KFC Drive Thru in Johor Bahru area. As what we see the situation, this branch is quite busy and popular in this area. This because this branch is near with residential. Every day the people always come to this place to enjoy the food. This situation make the management in KFC always face the problem especially in give the service to customer. Therefore, this situation should have the solution to solve the problem. One of the ways that suitable can improve the management is give satisfaction to customer in terms of food purchase method. Purpose to this study is ensuring that customer will always satisfy when they coming to buy that food. Besides that, we always hear about complaint from customer when they buy the food and not satisfy with the service given. en_US
