dc.description.abstract The main objective project is to make an electric bicycle that can be implement into the recycle bicycle, the concept of the electric bicycle is existed but in term of development in recycle bicycle is more simply and low budget requirement. The system consists of a renewable system that can be cycle the energy based on movement of the bicycle. The system will be built in with DC motor and step –up booster to PMW controller to charge the battery. The electric bicycle also have been install some equipment like brushless DC motor, throttle with controller and miniature circuit breaker (MCB). In this project, there will be have a calculation, testing and result. The result will be is based on speed of the electric bicycle, time taken between distance and weight, management of the charging system and renewable energy system. With 24 volt series battery, it will make an electric bicycle can speed at maximum in 25km/h. From the speed result, the result of distance will be taken based on testing by weight of the people. Next, the rate of the usage battery also have been calculate and testing. In the renewable system, the current ampere from the DC motor also have been testing. The current ampere from DC motor will influence the charging system. Lastly but not least, the development of the electric bicycle can be implement into recycle bicycle instead of throw it or idle and rusty. en_US
