dc.description.abstract In this paper, selection rake fingers of rake receiver in WCDMA is proposed to search the most efficient rake receiver which can reduce power consumption and less computational complexity. WCDMA offers variable spreading factor and multiple codes per user to enable features like high data rates and multiple services for the same connection. The rake receiver architecture for WCDMA should be configurable such that hardware is utilized optimally at varying requirements. Additionally, architecture for downlink receiver should consume as less power as possible. The project is aim to develop application all the function blocks of WCDMA at receiver side by using MATLAB Simulink. The result of this research should be the most effective Rake Receiver that save power consumption with less complexity computational. en_US
