Quality Improvement by Implementation Standard Operating Procedure at Glass Wall Sdn Bhd

Abstract

This report contains the activities and result on Final Year Project semester July 2012. In this report divided by 5 categories which is chapter 1 introduction, chapter 2 literature review, chapter 3 methodology, chapter 4 implementation the project and chapter 5 conclusions and recommendations.In chapter 1, there are brief introduction to the background information, problem statement, objective, and scope is provided. This section is to explain briefly about the project and the research done. Chapter 2 is literature review that will touch and explain about the topic with more detail facts. The resources and statement will be taking from journal, magazines, books and website that discussed the point that contain inside the topic. Chapter 3 is methodology, it will explain about the method or the procedure of the documentation of Standard Operating Procedure in Fabrication Casement Window (Economy). The purpose of chapter 3 is to make sure the project will be conduct properly according planning and schedule. Chapter 4 is result and discussion is then discussed for whether for improvement or implementation of the project. The lastly, chapter 5 are discussed on the conclusion and recommendation of this project.
