The Development of Autogate Using Smartphone for Residency Application

Abstract

The purpose of this project is to developed auto gate using smartphone for residency application. This project focus on the smart home electrical appliance such as auto gate so they can controlled from a far mobile communication 3G network were deployed in the smart home systems. NodeMcu ESP8266 as the processor. And give the status of the auto gate whether it is on or off. The access point will transmit data using internet. Then the data is accessed using smart phone operating in Android and iOS application. In this new era, as we know the technology is becoming more advanced forward in home automation. In addition, this technology has offered new opportunities to enhance the connectivity devices in the home for the purposes of smart guard houses, because they were mobile and their various capabilities. They can communicate with intelligent network controller of home through an internet gateway. These projects create a user friendly interface for android also iOS devices that allow users to communicate with the server NodeMcu ESP8266. The server communicates with the relay module. Moreover, every user wants high security for their home. Therefore, the role of CCTV is very important as he will control the condition of the house from avoiding the breakdown of the house and will detect the movement that took place in front of the fence. Equipment used for CCTV is webcam and iSPY as software to record all movements and data storage. The webcam is chosen because the price is reasonable compared to other cameras and this is one of the objectives of this project.
