| dc.description.abstract | This project contains the design, construction and implementation using the concept of haptic proximate module (HPM), enable people with low vision and blind people, to get along with their direct surroundings through vibration feedback from a range detector. Vision is a god gifted sense to the human which is one of an important aspect of our life. But there are some unfortunate people who lack the ability of visualizing surrounding. These people have to face many challenges in their daily life. The problem is getting worse when there is an obstacle in front of them when they walk in the public. The Haptic Proximity Module is an innovative of an electronic device design for visually disabled people to improve their navigation. | en_US |
