Abstract:
Final Year Project purpose is to provide opportunity for students to apply and
integrate theoretical knowledge and principles, taught in the programme, in
solving problems. It also provides the opportunity for the students to
demonstrate independence and originality, as well as to plan and organize a
project over a certain period of time. This report will be a summary about the
entire research’s project in the company related. This research is highlights
about the scale of salaries, training programmes and related to cases of
misconduct committed by security guards. This research will be conducted in
Alpha Guard Security Service Sdn Bhd. The company is a security services
company and its headquarters is located in Johor Bahru.
