Open Space Nozzle

Title: Open Space Nozzle
Authors: HISYAMUDDIN BIN RAHIM
Abstract: The project is made to deliver the fabrication of a new type GMAW nozzle as it is changing the flow of gas during GMAW process. The flow of gas id depend through the different number of hole of the nozzle to make a shielding gas pattern to protect weld bead from Oxygen. Differend number of hole created a different speed of velocity. If the number on the hole is decreased, the velocity of the nozzle will increased. The material that were uses for nozzle is brass since it is easy to fabricate and the cost for brass since it is easy to fabricate and the cost for brass is lower than the current material use for nozzle. Therefore it can reduce the costing to make the nozzle. The nozzle can reduce the consumption of shielding gas.

Title: The Development D.I.Y Fuel Injector Nozzle Tester as Teaching Aid Module
Authors: Mohd Shahrizal Abd Salam
Abstract: Every machinery must be serviced within time in order to get a maximum quality or gained the optimum output work produced. So, this product was created to be used mainly by fishermen to service their own fuel injector and test it sefficiency in case of they are having engine difficulties as such too much smoke coming out from their engine. This product does not highly cost, so fishermen will be able to buy each of the compartment and assemble it themselves.
